You still have to do the inner work to make the changes occur. If you don’t implement the teachings you will not get the results – it’s that simple. Ultimately this comes down to how much you want to smile more, laugh more, love more and contribute more?

You have to want to live. You have to want to win. You have to want to find the solutions. You have to be enthusiastic about your life and come from a space of ferocious curiosity to want it to be better. You have to be prepared to give it a go regardless of the consequences. You’re not graded on getting it right instead your character is assessed by how prepared you are to give it a go. No matter how masterful I am, I cannot help you if you do not help yourself.
