  3. No-Shows: If you simply don’t turn up or leave the program early, there’s no refund.
  4. Money-Back Guarantee: If you decide before the end of Day 2 of a multi-day training that it’s not for you, let us know in writing. We’ll refund your tuition (minus the deposit and an admin fee).
  5. Payment Plans: Please keep up with your payment schedule. Missing payments could result in extra fees or paying the full price.
  6. Be Kind, Be Respectful: If you’re disruptive or unfit to participate, we may ask you to leave without a refund.

Welcome to Be Brilliant Now! We’re thrilled to support you through our programs, courses, trainings, products, coaching, mentoring, and support materials (“Services”). By enrolling in or purchasing any of our Services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose & Scope
  • Who We Are: Be Brilliant Now is dedicated to inspiring you to acknowledge and embrace your brilliance. We provide trainings, resources, and mentorship to enhance your personal and professional growth.
  • Who This Applies To: These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants, clients, and users of Be Brilliant Now’s Services.
2. Enrollment & Payment
  • Payment Plans: If you choose a payment plan, all installments must be paid on time. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in a fee or the requirement to pay the full price of the training.
  • Inclusions: Your program fee covers the training, relevant materials, and any specified pre-event support. Any additional bonuses are provided at our discretion and are not subject to further discounts.
3. Refunds & Cancellations

We understand life happens and plans change. We strive to be fair while also protecting our business. The following policies apply:

  1. Cooling-Off Period (48 Hours)

    • You have 48 hours from the time you sign your enrolment agreement to request a full refund in writing. After this period, the policies below will apply.

  2. Cancellation Before Training

    • 60–31 days prior to the event: You may request a full transfer to a future event or a refund minus your deposit and a small administrative fee (e.g., AUD $150).
    • 30 days or fewer prior to the event: Fees are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a future date (within 12 months) with an additional 20% administration fee.

  3. Cancellation After Training Commences

    • Once the training has started, no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend a specific session within a multi-session program, please contact us; we may be able to arrange a catch-up or alternate session at our discretion.

  4. No-Show Policy

    • If you do not show up or abandon the training partway, no refund will be issued. The cancellation fee in this case is 100% of the amount paid.

  5. Money-Back Guarantee

    • If you decide during the training (before the end of Day 2) that it’s not for you, let us know in writing, and we’ll refund your tuition fee, minus the deposit and a 20% administration fee. All physical materials must be returned in good condition before the refund can be processed.
4. Transfers
  • Transferring to a Future Program: If your circumstances change, we allow you to transfer your enrollment to another program date within 12 months (1 year), subject to availability. A rollover fee may apply.
  • Transfer of Refunds: Any refundable amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. Participation & Conduct
  • Being Disruptive or Unfit to Participate: We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or unfit to participate in the training. In such cases, no refund or transfer will be given, and all materials must be returned immediately.
  • Commitment to Growth: We’re here to support you, but you are responsible for your own results, participation, and follow-through.
6. Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: All Be Brilliant Now materials—including videos, written content, course modules, and any supplemental materials—are the intellectual property of Be Brilliant Now.
  • Personal Use Only: You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials beyond your personal use without explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
  • No Guarantees: Our Services are designed to educate, inspire, and support your personal and professional growth. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results vary by individual.
  • Health & Well-Being: Any coaching or training provided is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Always consult qualified professionals for mental or physical health concerns.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Brilliant Now is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our Services.
8. Legal Governance
  • Attorneys’ Fees: If legal action is required to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees.
  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
  • Subject to Change: Dates, times, and locations of events may change. In the case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), no refund will be due. You may transfer your credit to another training within 12 months or towards purchasing a product.
